Sugar Baby Earning Thousands Each Month Reveals The Rules Men Must Follow To See Her

After four years as a sugar baby, Connie Keast knows exactly what works — and what doesn’t

A British woman who now makes a comfortable living through her sugar baby lifestyle has shared the strict boundaries her male clients must follow if they want to keep seeing her.

Connie Keast began working as a sugar baby four years ago and says the experience has been ‘great’ overall. She explains that it gives her complete control over her time and income, describing herself as ‘basically self-employed’ — choosing who she works with, when she meets them, and how much she charges.

The 36-year-old lives aboard a narrowboat in Bristol, UK, and runs an online blog where she writes openly about her work in the sex industry. She often shares stories about luxury holidays, fine dining, and the expensive gifts she receives from her clients.

“I eat a lot and drink a lot. I am always been taken out for something to eat or something to drink – so not so good for the waist line,” Connie joked during an interview.

Through her work, Connie is intimate with some of her clients — even those she admits she doesn’t always find attractive. Her clientele includes men ranging in age from their early forties to their late seventies.

“I’ve met people that I wouldn’t meet otherwise – people with lots of money,” she added, explaining that her arrangements often give her access to experiences and people she wouldn’t have otherwise. “I’ve not had the money when I’ve been in a relationships to do those things. So it’s just nice to to well treated.”

Of course, Connie charges well for her time and companionship, earning about $4,000 each month. She’s also careful to maintain strict personal rules that protect her boundaries and her livelihood.

According to Connie, one of the most important rules in her line of work is not falling in love with her clients — something she avoids by being selective about who she takes on.

“Most of them are older than me anyway,” she explained. “When you’re involved with somebody in their 60s or 70s, I’m in my mid-30s, I wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with them anyway.”
